Its midnight and I should be getting to sleep.. But I won’t considering I have to wait for these ribs to cook..

After we roll around in the mud, we will all end up back at the house to grub on some spicy pork ribs.. Fitting aint it? hahaha
I had to set up the fixings for tomorrow and precook it so that it would be ready for us after the dash. Can you see the whirlwind mess that I made in the kitchen? Tasty goodness. 6 racks, ready to go… well actually they are in the oven right now.. and won’t be done until about 1:40 am.. So I have to wait for that anyway.. lol.
